1. What is our return policy?
– If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept the item(s) back and can offer a full refund or exchange.
– Please send the item back unworn and in its original condition. The item must be shipped prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping, insurance and handling on returned items are non-refundable.
– Please contact us to get a tracking number BEFORE sending out your return.
2. When is an item returnable for a refund?
– Once we receive the item on return, an email will be sent to you and your return is processed.
